If we put the mechanic behind a paywall, the products that don’t pay would run a watered-down version — and that’s what the world would see when it looks at an earned tier. So the whole loop works on every plan: claim codes, verification, credit delivery, the reply bonus, the user status page. Paid buys seats, campaigns, and the cockpit. It never buys a working mechanic, because that comes standard.

What counts as an "earning user"?
A user you've enrolled in your earned tier — someone holding a claim code who can post to earn credits. Users who never join the program don't count, and a seat frees up if someone goes inactive.
Does this replace my paid plans?
No. The earned tier replaces your free tier. Your real paid plans sit alongside it, completely untouched.
How do users earn credits?
They post publicly in their own words, including your product's @mention and their claim code — one short tag that carries the disclosure and identifies who earned it. Earnesty verifies the post and grants a set amount of credits, plus a bonus scaled to the real replies it earns.
What does it cost me per credit granted?
The credits you grant are ones you were already giving away — so the reach costs about what your free tier already cost you. The dashboard shows replies earned against the cost of those credits.
What happens on the Earned plan if I stop posting?
Nothing breaks. Your earned tier keeps running and your users keep earning — verification and credit delivery are never gated. You simply stop accruing new seats until you post again.
What happens when I hit my user capacity?
Your existing users are never affected — capacity limits apply only to enrolling new users. At the ceiling you can earn more seats by posting, upgrade, or simply pause new enrollment. Earned capacity never resets, is preserved across plan changes, and your subscription price never fluctuates with posting.
Which products is this a good fit for?
AI/credit-based SaaS and prosumer tools where running out of credits means "time to refill," not "my business is down." It's deliberately not for mission-critical infrastructure.
