What an accepted post is.
- A user posts about your app.The post is public and includes the required disclosure.
- They request validation.From your hosted participant page, linked or embedded in your app.
- Earnesty checks it against your offer.If it qualifies, it is accepted and 5 Earnesty Credits are used. Empty searches, ineligible posts and duplicates cost nothing.
- Your app grants the reward.We send the reward instruction to your app and retry delivery at no extra charge.
- Five days later, we review engagement.Included in the same 5 credits, so you can pay optional engagement bonuses.

Do I pay for checks that find no qualifying post?
No accepted-post fee is charged for empty searches, ineligible posts or duplicate checks. Operational limits apply to checking.
Is the engagement review an extra charge?
No. The accepted-post fee includes the scheduled five-day review. Reward-delivery retries do not add another fee.
Do processing credits expire?
Purchased Earnesty Credits do not expire. Promotional credits expire after 90 days and cannot be refunded as cash.
What happens when my balance runs low?
New rewards cannot be accepted without enough processing funds, for recurring rewards, Milestones and Drops alike. Already accepted rewards continue through delivery and review. Your users keep the balances and access managed by your app.
How are Drops funded?
The same way as your other rewards: each accepted Drop post uses processing credits from your balance when it is accepted, and nothing is set aside in advance. A Drop’s places cap how many posts it rewards. Participants must request validation before the deadline; publishing alone does not reserve a place. Qualifying requests receive rewards while places remain and your balance covers them.
Can I refund unused processing credits?
You can request a refund of unused purchased credits from Billing. Promotional credits are not refundable as cash.
